Independent gite 3 épis "Blue Loft" and its lounge "By the Shore".
We have created an independent gite in the property's former aviary, which now offers a lovely 78 m² loft.
The gite also offers the same opportunities for relaxation and well-being stays. It may be used to accommodate guests attending seminars or events, as well as for weddings and family reunions, or when renting the entire property for private use.
Three shower rooms (shower + toilets),
The Yellow Room: 2 single beds (90) or 1 double bed (180)
The Green Room: Sofa bed (120) and a single mezzanine bed (90)

Living room "By the Shore" with pull-out beds (2 x90).
Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, etc.

Surcharge from July 22 to August 22: 30%
Reduction from September 27, 2011 to December 23, 2011 and from January 2, 2012 to April 14, 2012: 15% except during school holidays.
The gite may also be rented as an independent triplex connected to the main house through the following services: access to the main house, breakfast, daily cleaning…
