I would like to pay for a stay for another person, how do I do it?
Send us an email with the details of what you would like. After confirmation of our estimate and payment, you will receive an attractive card with a description of your gift. The recipient will have to call us to make their reservation.
I do not want to give my credit card number over the phone. How should I proceed?
We will send you our link for secure online payment.
Can I come with a dog or a cat?
We will be pleased to welcome your pet provided that you respect the wishes of other guests. Upon request only.
I am getting married: Can you help me to organize my wedding?
Nathalie can be your wedding planner and organize all or some of your wedding for you, or help you to choose the right service providers.
I will be arriving by train at Tarbes Station. I do not want to rent a car. How can I get to the Domaine Arros?
You can take the bus at Tarbes station (Bus schedule) which will take you to Villecomtal-sur-Arros (3KM). We will come and pick you up there.

We can come and pick you up directly at the station: 40 euros per trip
I am following a special diet. Can I still have dinner with the other guests?
Of course! Just let Nathalie know as soon as possible: Whether you tend to avoid meat, eat kosher, or your are a muslim; whether you are following the Dukan diet… or you are a vegetarian, just let us know!
